By using blushberry.in and placing orders, you agree to these terms. They exist to keep things fair for everyone.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We may cancel and fully refund an order in rare cases of stock errors or obviously incorrect pricing — we'll tell you immediately if so.

Product use

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Patch test before first use, follow the directions on each product page, and consult a dermatologist for persistent skin conditions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Accounts

Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Coupons

One coupon per order, not exchangeable for cash, and we may withdraw a code at any time (existing orders are honoured).

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
